After determining your mind and body goals and assessing your start point, we will design and implement a programme that achieves your objectives and improves every area of your health, wellness and body shape. We will fit sessions around your schedule no matter how busy you are; early mornings, late evenings or even express sessions when you can achieve maximum results in the minimum time during your lunch break.
At Ignite, we offer you two options of training: traditional one on one option or you can opt for Ignite’s 6 for Fitness, which is designed for small groups.
Sessions can take place outdoors or in, at your home, office, one of our health clubs or at your local beach / park. Whether you need to train for a specific event, want to lose a few kilos, improve your overall cardiovascular fitness or find a better balance in life, we guarantee to have a solution to suit you.
One on One - Embark on a one on one personal training session where your trainer will establish your goals, likes and dislikes prior to your initial session and from there, devise a tailor-made programme specifically for you
