A UK trained Personal Trainer with a passion for fitness and taking a holistic approach to make a healthy lifestyle accessible to everyone. During the last 6 years Fran has worked for both big corporate gyms and as a freelance PT professional.
Fran believes in ‘keeping the personal in training’ and she adapts her approach to each individual, keeping training interesting and adopting a variety of techniques to include high intensity interval training (HIIT), strength training, suspension trx training and boxing. Fran is also a keen runner having completed the London Marathon and helping many of her clients to reach their running goals be that to run 5k non-stop or run a marathon.
During her time as a fitness professional Fran has qualified as a Pre and Post Natal specialist and as a mother of twins herself understands the constraints and difficulties facing women during pregnancy and post pregnancy.
