Paul hails from Yorkshire in England, with 21 years experience in the Fitness Industry running his own Personal Training/Sports Specific Coaching Business in 4 different countries,USA, Cayman Islands, England and now Dubai. Paul has a 4 year B.A. Honours combined Sports Science/Recreation Management and English Degree, and 34 years of racing experience up to elite and world championship level in running, triathlon/duathlon, road/mountain biking, adventure racing, as well as a strong squash, soccer, swimming and chess background.
Paul has trained thousands of clients from the international pro athlete to the absolute beginner, and from 6 months old to 85 - (so there goes your excuse)! Having over 30 race victories and years of knowledge gleaned from these experiences, Paul is ready to help and inspire you to your specific fitness/lifestyle or racing goals. Regardless of what fitness level you are at, Paul can easily cater to your individual, specific needs. Paul is a British Athletic Board Track&Field Coach, All American Duathlete 2004, World Championships Triathlete and 2004 US Half Marathon Atlanta champion, and two time Cayman Islands road mile champion.
