Why i love my job:

I love my job because being healthy and active is such an important part of my life, I want to share my enthusiasm with others.  I love it when a client who has not previously exercised ever or for a long time, then wants to go out and exercise on his/her own and has the knowledge and confidence to be able to do so safely and effectively.  I love watching the change.  I admire the determination of people who have made that decision to improve their life and I just want to help them to do so.

I have clients of all ages and levels of fitness but my focus lies in helping ease those clients new to exercise or returning to exercise, into the inclusion of regular activity and healthy eating, as part of their daily life.  Sessions are progressive and are tailored towards the individual client’s goals and capabilities. My motto is to “Add life to years, not years to your life”
