Helping people lose weight by training with strength and conditioning exercises. Understanding their issues and concerns along the way. My passion is Pole fitness and kite surfing.
From being a size 18 to a size 8, I have grown to love sport, from doing nothing to now a Surfer, Snowboarder, Long Distance Open Water Swimmer, Scuba Diver and Pole Fitness teacher. I also competed in the UK National Surf Rowing Champs with my team. I find myself going from being a chef to being a qualified personal level 3 trainer. With inspiration to help others achieve what I have in weight loss. I believe strongly in Strength and Conditioning and I love to spread the word to all females that you won’t get big if you lift weights, just stronger and toned, low body fat and look and feel amazing. As a trainer I will guide you, encourage you, motivate you. I’ll match the effort you put in so as a team we together will achieve YOUR GOALS in the set time frame.
