We found Rowena from IGNITE on a Facebook group because we were looking for someone to help my husband get back to training after a shoulder op. Rowena wasn’t your normal trainer, firstly she wanted to meet with us to talk about our goals and whether we would fit, I found this a huge relief, so many trainers just want cash and don’t care about outcomes, Rowena took time to understand my husband’s injuries and limitations and was clearly concerned about getting him fit without injury. With my training Rowena has transformed me, I have lost weight and changed my whole body shape to one I actually like. When we discuss focused areas Rowena makes a concerted effort to work on that area and I never feel we have just had an average session I always feel like I have worked and worked on some very strange parts! I’ve been attending the IGNITE boot camps on and off for the past 6 years since i came to Dubai. It was the only company that offered outdoor classes back then and i just loved getting my fix of fresh air and fitness from someone who actually remembered my name and sometimes even txt me to drag me out of bed for class!
